Santiago´s Cake

INGREDIENTS
● 250 grams of ground
almond, 250 grams of
sugar, 1 or 2 lemon
zest, 5 eggs , butter
for spreading, icing
sugar for decorating.
DIRECTIONS
● Put in a bowl the 250
grams of ground
almond, the 250
grams of sugar , the
grated lemon zest,
and a cinnamon
teaspoon and beat it.
● Add the 5 eggs, and
mix again without
leaving lumps.
● Preheat the oven
● Grease the mould
with butter and pour
the mixture,
● Bake at 170º for 30
minutes.
● Take out the cake and
and let it cool down
for 5-10 minutes.
● Finally decorate the
cake with icing sugar
and unmold it.
