yolk an the egg whites

6. boil the milk with a cinnamon stick
and a piece of lemon peel

7. Beat the eggs whites to stiff peaks
then add it to the boiling milk add
three spoon fuls of sugar

8. Beat the three yolks and add some
gold water

9. Mix and pour the mixture on the muffins. Add
some cinnamon over the mixture and now
you can eat them
