Nausea is a common issue for patients who present in the prehospital environment.
Currently in New Zealand paramedics are only able to Ondansetron, which is the
only antiemetic that medical directors of both of New Zealand ambulance services
have approved. Questions remain about the suitability of Ondansetron in the
prehospital field due to the range of causes of nausea and vomiting. Antiemetic use
international is varied however most tend to have at least two or more antiemetics,
with Ondansetron being the common antiemetic used. For this paper the author aims
to look at the different types of antiemetics available and see what type or types of
antiemetic s are the best suited for the prehospital environment ?, and make a
recommendation about what antiemetics should be introduced into paramedic

The goal of our program is to decrease the amount of child abuse and neglect in
Madison County, IL. The purpose of our proposal is to obtain funding to
expanding the Crisis Nursery to the Madison County, Illinois area. Our program

development. With the expansion of the Crisis Nursery to the Madison county
area parents or caregivers who are not able to travel to St. Louis will have accesses to

Our earliest relationships in life can be deeply formative in shaping our development.
Created by John Bowlby, attachment theory relates the importance of attachment in
regards to personal development. According to Bowlby, attachment is the leading
factor in our ability to form and maintain relationships as adults (Levy 2012, pg.
157). As human beings, we need to feel as if we belong (Cherry, 2016). We find
this belongingness in our relationships and attachments. However, we differ in our
ability to form such relationships. Some people may find creating relationships with
people to be a fairly simple while others find relationships to be difficult or even
anxiety producing. Though we each feel a need to belong, we differ in this ability.
Some people struggle in relationships and other find anything relating to relationships
to be simple. These differences in how we maintain and create relationships may be
due to our early life experiences. Research on attachment theory suggests that our
early life relationships may be responsible, at least in part, for these differences in

Terrorism has always existed in American policing, and while the groups
committing these acts have changed, their intentions have not. Their intentions
being to cause maximum fear and scare those who they target into doing and
following their ideology. In the 1970 s and 1980 s in America, the main terrorist
groups were associated with the environmental movement and race based groups,
while other parts of the world were dealing with Islamic extremists, were
committing terrorist acts across the Middle East without much intervention from
the United States. In fact the group Al Qaeda, who attacked the World Trade
Centers in 1993 and 2001, found its roots in the 1980 s fighting the Soviet Union
in Afghanistan with weapons supplied by the Central Intelligence Agency. While
the U.S. Federal Law Enforcement agencies knew of these groups, they
underestimated the capabilities of lone wolf, small cell, and whole terrorist
organizations. This was due to the fact that the Federal Law Enforcement agencies
top priority was general crime such as organized crimes and white collar crime. In
