The launch of a new business with a brand new development of three and four
storey luxury townhouses. All eight of the exclusive properties were sold off plan
and Riga was commissioned to create the following for Burghley Developments:

Oakham Heights is a major development that is bringing new homes, employment
and leisure facilities to the Rutland town of Oakham. Riga was selected to provide a

an influential role in establishing the Retirement
Villages brand and helping the privately owned
business grow to a portfolio of 14 beautiful
locations with over 2000 residents before being

Profile22 is a UK leader in producing PVCu
extrusions for the manufacture of windows, doors
and conservatories. To support its customer base
in selling to the end user and in turn increase its
own sales, it enlisted the services of Riga to create
a compendium of marketing support items

All eight of the exclusive properties were sold off plan and Riga was commissioned to create the following for Burghley Developments: • branding • website • signage • sales literature • vehicle livery Some of the pages from the Marshall’s Yard brochure. Working in partnership to promote one of the UK’s most successful privately owned homebuilders Riga has been involved in the marketing of Larkfleet Homes and businesses within the Larkfleet Group of companies since 2010. In 2014, the brand was relaunched and continues to build on its previous success. Riga played an influential role in establishing the Retirement Villages brand and helping the privately owned business grow to a portfolio of 14 beautiful locations with over 2000 residents before being sold in 2017. More than 12 years later we continue to be involved in the marketing of one of the UK’s leading property maintenance companies. To support its customer base in selling to the end user and in turn increase its own sales, it enlisted the services of Riga to create a compendium of marketing support items which included: • sales literature • advertisements • retail display material • direct mail items • retail exhibition stands • incentive scheme • photography Examples of two of the showroom display items created for Profile22. That’s when Manchester based Shepley Window Systems commissioned Riga to give them and their customers the edge on the competition.
