the highest honors a Greek soldier can obtain. Honor and glory are the cause of the Trojan War,
which takes the lives of many men. Honor and Glory are what define the hero in the epic poem,

All seven soliloquies in the play are based on several common themes such as death, incest, pain,
fear, emptiness of existence, and pride and hypocrisy that make us human. To create these themes
and further develop character, Shakespeare uses certain techniques. First of all, Shakespeare
employs blank verse to create a smooth flowing rhythm and cadence. He masterfully switches back
and forth between fast and slow pace by utilizing both short choppy sentences and fluent long ones.
Secondly, it is clear that the soliloquies do not waste any word. Each syllable and sound adds depth
to the development of Hamlet. Each soliloquy successfully conveys to the reader Hamlet s state of
mind and intensity of his emotion. Most importantly, the soliloquies reveal something special that
the play itself does no t. Just by looking at the play separately, it i s very hard for readers to notice
the character development that Hamlet goes through. For instance, the beginning soliloquies prove
that Hamlet is indecisive and irresolute. Thus, it i s the soliloquy found in each aAct of the play
that readers can watch Hamlet grow internally.
As an uptight and hypersensitive individual, Hamlet never seems to reveal much about his thoughts
throughout the whole play. In fact, since Hamlet is inclined to express his emotions in a physically
interactive way, including his abusive interaction with his mother and aggressive physical contact
with Laertes and Claudius, it is rather difficult for the audience to interpret his intentions and his
thoughts. His soliloquies, however, are the only ways in which the audience can finally gain an
understanding of his thoughts. This soliloquy, also being the first, reveals him to be thoroughly
disgusted with Gertrude, Claudius, and the world in general. This is when the King Claudius and
Queen Gertrude urges Hamlet in the open court to cast off the deep melancholy which, as they
think, has taken possession of his mind as a consequence of his father s death. In their opinion,

on how they answer when asked about the pictures. Although Hermann Rorschach never made it
known where he got the idea for the Rorschach test, it is believed it was inspired by the game Blotto,
which was a game which used inkblots. The Rorschach test was originally used to test patients with
schizophrenia during which Rorschach discovered that these patients responded significantly in a
different way from others without schizophrenia. Later, Rorschach began working more with the
test using forty inkblots in his original studies but only using fifteen of them commonly with his

These three factors separate each individual from one another and it is what makes them different.
Physical appearance, personality and mentality are made up from the same building blocks which
are known as DNA sequences. DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid), is a self replicating material that is
found throughout every living organism. It s a large macromolecule that transforms characteristics
into life. DNA is made up two strands that run in opposite directions therefore they are known to be
antiparallel. The lagging strand runs in the 5 3 direction while the leading strand run s in the 3 5
direction (International Baccalaureate Organization, 2009). There s a phosphate group attached by
a covalent bond to the carbon atom which is covalently attached to a nucleotide base. The two DNA
strands are attached to each other by hydrogen bonds. There are two hydrogen bonds found between
Thymine and Cytosine and three hydrogen bonds found between Guanine and cytosine
(International Baccalaureate Organization, 2009). Many studies have been done in order to gather

The scandal affecting Starbucks in this particular article directly links to the business topic of
marketing and more specifically, the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) no.68 of 2008. Traces of
faecal bacteria do not belong in beverages. What this scandal says about the Starbucks franchise is
that it is negligent, unsanitary and ultimately does not care for the well being of its consumers.
According to the CPA, which is a legal document that protects the rights of consumers, Consumers
have the right to fair value, good quality and safety of goods and services . Unfortunately, the
scandal in the article is an infringement of those rights because the iced coffee at Starbucks was of
poor quality and had the potential to make customers very sick.
The following is not mentioned in the article; however, I think that after such an infringement, that
particular Starbucks franchise will most probably be under close surveillance and have

The Lindbergh Case was one in which the whole world seemed to be following in 1932. Charles
Jr. was so easily swept away from his room and family in the middle of the night with little clues
to tell what and how it happened. This meant the involvement of the Criminal Justice System was
needed to try and find out who had taken their baby. These components include the Police, Court,
and eventually Corrections. Starting with the Police, or the detectives on the scene of the
abduction. For this particular incident there was involvement with New Jersey Police, New York
Police, and the F.B.I which at times caused some confusion. The detectives on the scene found

Tracy has high standards for herself and the people around her. In the beginning of the movie,
we see Tracy wearing a pant suit. This indicates a sense of dominance. The first traditional
feminine outfit that Tracy wears is when she is mocking the idea of the model hostess.2 The
ruffles on the dress represent foolishness and her distaste of the situation; she was pretending to
be someone she was not. When Tracy feels weak and powerful less, she is half dressed like in a
swimsuit. However when she is dressed up in elaborate gowns, she is calm and vigorous. The
