Talent Acquisition / Recruitment Management
• Managing the complete recruitment cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after
identification of manpower requirements
• Coordinating with HR Agencies for junior profiles and Conducting Interviews for junior-mid-senior
level
• Preparations of salary fitments, salary negotiations, prepare offers and ensure joining
• Planning & conducting Induction Program for all new employees in the organization
• End to End Documentation & Verification. On boarding process, Joining & Exit Formalities
Organization Development activities
• Maintaining HR Manual & HR Structure & implementing the process
• Constantly learning to upgrade Organization Structure

• Recruitment - To source candidates from job portals and line them up for next round of interviews
and ensuring that vacancies are filled with the right candidates within agreed Service Level
Agreements
• Issuing HR correspondence letters
• Maintaining employee records in HR database
• Processing personal loan requests for employees as per eligibility
• Monthly payroll processing
• Prepare eligibility file on weekly basis for the employees eligible for reimbursements and
allowances
• Assisting the HR Manager on key HR activities as and when required
• Processing full and final - End to end computation of the settlement amount for the relieved
