Si les salaires des non-cadres sont de nouveau orientés à la hausse cette année, leur rythme de progression continue de se tasser pour la cinquième année consécutive. Ce ralentissement expose la dépendance toujours plus grande du pouvoir d’achat des salariés non-cadres à la revalorisation du Smic. Cette année encore, la (très) légère hausse de la rémunération des salariés non-cadres s’inscrit dans le sillage du salaire minimum, revalorisé de 0,6 % au 1er janvier 2016 pour s’établir à 1 467 euros bruts mensuels. Ainsi, en moyenne, le salaire d’un non-cadre représente 106,8 % du Smic. La huitième édition du baromètre Randstad des salaires non cadres est une étude non déclarative qui s’appuie sur des salaires réels et constatés, extraits de 1,2 million de fiches de paie auprès de 27 000 entreprises et représentant 131 métiers relevant des qualifications ouvriers non qualifiés, employés, ouvriers qualifiés et professions intermédiaires.
