Job Description:
•A part of sub custodian back office processor in Asset Services Dept.
Dividend processor with knowledge of UK (United Kingdom) industry
standards dividend and UK bond (GILTS).
•Involve directly with Corporate Action events such as Dividend with Option,
return of capital, and Bonus Issue.
•Have a good understanding in using Bloomberg, Depository Trust and &
Clearing Corporation (DTCC) and Crest Gui as an electronic data vendor for
dividend information.
•Good in reconcile for dividend event using system of ASPA (Alarm System
Performance Analysis) and TLM (Transaction Lifecycle Management)
• Work closely with Claims teams to settle their nostro account and Tax
teams on tax issues such as tax reclaims.
•Support BAU team to assist on international dividend market such as United
States of America and Canada during the migration of Asian Pacific market.
