PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY
After 2 years working experience with OCBC Malaysia, I am able to capture basic
banking product knowledge and understand client’s needs and preferences. The
main job scope of my role is to target individual client and fulfill their financial
and wealth needs. At the beginning stage of my journey in OCBC, I sell products
including personal loan, credit card and personal banking account in order to
provide credit services to client. Besides, I need to build relationship with HR
Managers from different corporations to extend my customer base and create event
to strive personal sales target. By doing this, I was promoted to Manager ranking
(Manage 6) from the beginning ranking (Associate 8) within 1.5 years.
Despite of the outstanding result in my career, OCBC high level management
decided to shut down the entire department in September 2016 as a result of
economy downturn in Malaysia banking industry. I have been transferred and
continue my journey in branch banking on October 2016. After the transition, my
role turned to be more concentrate on wealth product instead of credit facilities.
And due to my fast learning and rapid adaptation personalities, I am able to
