The reason of the meeting:
To discuss any planning of our music video work. We will discuss any ideas for our
video and any issues anyone has. In these meetings we will decide as a GROUP
what outfits we will be wearing for the video, locations for filming, times that we will
meet and also to discuss places we can meet outside of the school premises to talk
about our music vide.

● Each shot will be the same day same exact things happening but different
clothes to show that it's a new day.
● We spoke about our chris brown song and to see if we should change it as it
had a lot of swearing in it. We were thinking of getting a calmer song.
● Lastly we decided that if we did do the chris brown song we needed a
storyline so we looked at other examples from other sony artist and thought
we could get some dancers.

The reason why we are having this meeting is to develop our ideas, to share what
we have to say and to improve this project in any way. We have spoken about what
outfits we are going to need for our music video, as we have came up of an idea of a
man being. Another reason why we are having the meeting is because we changed
our song to a calmer artist because we thought a calmer song was better. We have
an idea of doing john legend but it's not a final decision.

We have spoken about what outfits we are going to need for our music video, as we

4. The reason of the meeting:
The reason we are having this meeting is to discuss what work we have finished like
our budget, treatment, production schedule and the script. Now we are going to
choose when we are going to take photos and when we are going to start recording.
