This resume is presented as a brief overview of the professional working experiences of
David Beverly. Mr. Beverly has worked for over 40 years in the consulting engineering
business providing professional civil engineering and surveying services to a wide array of

with TVA for agreement with the City to apply for a grant, complete the
engineering design and construction of a force main sewer extension and
an upgrade to the waste water treatment plant in order to provide utility
sewer service to the TVA Plant.
o Meadow Branch Landfill – Design, permitting and construction
management for Class I Expansion in McMinn County, Tennessee
o Rhea County Waterline Extension – Coordinated the joint CDBG grant
application for three different utility districts and then completed the
design and provided construction management services.
o City of Knoxville – Developed mitigation plan for old City Class I
Landfill experiencing leachate problems and then coordinated approval
with TDEC to implement the plan and permit an overlapping of the old
landfill by expanding an adjacent Class III-IV landfill
