Principal civil engineer for the EPCM design and construction for a new
120 MW plant and 230 kV substation including the construction of a 10
mile 230 kV transmission line. Field civil engineer during the two year

Managed coordination of subcontractors performing infrastructure design
services for all the site development at the San Cristobal mining project in
Bolivia. Project included a 300 km haul road into Chile.

Managed the design done by a third party engineering firm of a 100 km
alternative access road for the Amax Gold Refugio Mine in Chile. The road
is presently under use. Main coordination done at their main office in

Responsible for field design work to cover design/construct contract
documents for major highway drainage in Chula Vista, California.

Lead Civil Engineer. Responsible for the $150 million new concentrate-
leaching project built in Antofagasta, Chile. Work covered from early
feasibility studies to field construction.

Assistant Lead Civil Engineer. Prepared heap leach grading plans using
DCA-CAD civil software. Work included earthwork calculations for leach
pads of varying height.
Phelps Dodge Corporation, Morenci Expansion Phase III, Morenci, Arizona.
Responsible for the on-site SX plant infrastructure design. Work included
two lined ponds (Raffinate and PLS), tank farm, settlers, and one on-site
Raffinate pump stations. Off-site included all site preparation for three
14,000 gpm booster pump stations and access roads. Prepared plan and
profile drawings for a five mile Raffinate pipeline.

Principal civil engineer responsible for rough and final grading contract
drawings covering the main concentrator area and the offshore loading
facilities at the Port of Coloso, Antofagasta, Chile

Responsible for Stages 2 and 3 at Carachugo, and Maqui contract drawings

Responsible for implementing Chevron storm water design criteria in order

Responsible for preparation of contract drawings and specifications for
major flood control project. Work consisted of 1.3 miles of channel
improvements containing levees, sedimentation basin, drainage structures,
and utility relocation.

Off-site civil design work consisted of relocation of two miles of primary
roads and one sanitary sewer pump station.
