 Managed Capital Improvements for a Regional Wastewater Facility covering three counties
in Northern Kentucky, $880MM to be spent on wastewater treatment plants, pumping
stations, sanitary and storm sewer collection systems, and storage facilities through 2014.
 Provided needed field engineering support for construction of a Selective Catalytic Reactor
for Cinergy Miami Fort Power Plant, Delayed Coker Unit and Hydrocracker Unit for Premcor
and Port Arthur Coking Company, EPC contracts totaling $680MM.
 Successfully managed up to 40 capital projects totaling near $50MM which improved
productivity or maintenance, greatly enhanced safety, and exceeded environmental
compliance regulations.
 Directed engineering and procured copper converter transporter which increased production
$13MM/yr.
 Designed and ambitiously managed rebuild of a Krupp electric furnace, normally a 21 days
rebuild reduced to 17 days, which improved production by $4MM/yr.
 Coordinated engineering and construction of environmental projects including lining ponds
and containment areas, groundwater remediation, water treatment facility totaling $15MM.
 Managed the construction of three major wastewater treatment plants for the city of Baton
Rouge, LA.
 Managed projects as a consultant for various clients including TIMET, Molycorp, NVEnergy
(Ryan Mechanical), and Clark County Real Property Management.
Project Engineering
 Developed and implemented a Pollution Prevention Plan which monitored storm water
watersheds in lieu of a catch basin, saving $1.3MM in capital expenditures.
 Coordinated several engineering consultants in the reconstruction of Baton Rouge, LA
sewer system.
 Designed and managed construction of water distribution for the city of Balch Springs, TX.
 Designed and managed construction of a sanitary sewer collection system for the city of
Balch Springs, TX.

 Designed a wastewater treatment plant for the city of Whitney, TX.
