BWR Design Group, LLC was formed in
2014 as a privately owned local Oklahoma Civil
Engineering firm. The principal of the firm, Bryan
W. Richards P.E, CFM, has been working in the
civil engineering industry since 1992 and brings
over 20 years of experience.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Richards
