As a Contract Specialist for Dade Moeller my responsibilities include the administration of multi-million

Environmental Science. Over the past seven years I have managed contracts either directly or as a
subcontractor supporting work for DOE, NOAA, DOJ, ORAU/NIOSH (CDC), NRC, DTRA, various
National Laboratories and state laboratory accreditation entities. I have also managed smaller contracts for
commercial entities including large retail corporations, litigation support, environmental consulting firms
and very small LLC’s.
The contracts I have managed have been time & materials, fixed price and cost plus types and many are
multi option year type contracts with anywhere from 1 to 40+ individuals providing a wide range of
expertise. Some contracts are very small requiring quick response, quick turn-around and timely
deliverables.
Contract administration involves working closely with the Project Managers to provide support, a smooth
start up and an uninterrupted execution of each project. This includes set up in Cost Point, workforce
