Developed strategies to more effectively monitor attorney performance and facilitated meetings with senior
leaders in our foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction, REO, mediation, & litigation groups to gain approval for my
proposed solutions and implement those changes.

Participated in a statute of limitations project that addressed severely aged files in danger of causing
significant financial loss. The project reduced timelines and eliminated millions of dollars in loss exposure.
Initiated onboarding of firms, discussed potential capacity with firm partners, and submitted required forms to

Completed termination process for exiting firms, including system of record and security information
