Duties andresponsibilities:
• Supervise /oversee the day to day activities in the entire ramp area.
• Workings closely with Dispatchers and load controllers to ensure all aircrafts have
necessary manpower and equipment.
• Coordinate with other parties in Ground Services to make sure all dead load is ready and
properly placed for departure.
• Support Loading Team Leaders with mandatory requirements in the event of handling
special loads.
• Make sure the ramp staff and working environment safety is maintained at all times.
• Solve passenger complains onboard and make airlines decisions where need be.
• Ensure company mail is dispatched appropriately.
