and load sheet at the station and monitoring the loading as per the sequences for
safety of the A/C and cargo load as per the LIR.

Co-ordinate with GHA to ensure that cargo requiring special cargo handling
requirements is met.
Monitor the cargo buildup of freighters of GHA and ensure all SLA (special
loading advice) requirements are met.
To ensure any discrepancies are reported in relation to UTL/missing cargo and
this information is advised to all relevant departments/out stations.
Daily checking in the warehouse for left behind and over carried shipments and
take corrective action to ensure shipment reaches the correct destination to ensure
minimal impact to QR service standards.
To co-ordinate with GHA for timely buildup to finalize the flight before the cutoff
time as laid down by QR service standards.
To co-ordinate with OCC & load control in case of any delay in buildup at the
ware house.
RAMP SIDE:
To co-ordinate with Ramp/load control to ensure cargo has arrived at A/C before
the cut off time for loading in timely manner and in order of priority.
Monitor and ensure that the transfer cargo is loaded and connected on onward
freighters with relevant documents by supervising and monitoring GHA at a ramp
and cargo level.
