To lead and play an active role for a customer service team in an organization where my 05 years of
progressive experience, in the airline industry, can add value to a customer-centric organization.
Possessing excellent communication skills combined with the ability to relate well to people at all levels,
bringing to the table the ability to provide effective customer service.
I enjoy teamwork and am used to shift work. I think I would adapt well to the role. I am looking for new

 Monitoring GHA staffs at check-in counters and Boarding gate
 Assisting GHA with profiling of passengers and document checks.
 Assisting passenger queries in all areas mainly related to excess baggage issues, boarding
gate as well as arrival MHB cases.
 Basics in Ramp
 Efficiently handling over booked situation as well as flight disruption.
 Updating Monthly reports and forwarding the same to concerned departments within the
deadline.
 Checking and tallying all invoices received from our stake holders.
 Efficiently handling baggage queries and assisting passengers with final settlements.
