 Maintain day-to-day operations and ensure that there is continual communication
and liaison with the airport service providers.
 Supervise the Information Desk Agent to ensure they continuously provides 5 star
services to all the passengers and adhere to safety policy and security standards
 Ensure good communication systems are in place to work in coordination with the
Maintenance department and other member of the Operations team.
 Enduring highest standard Maintain at all areas.
 Implement Hygiene & Safety guidelines and instructions and ensure they are
followed.
 Obtain and supervise the appropriate use of equipment and facilities for objective
purposes.
 Investigate complaints regarding customer services and facilities and take
corrective actions.
 Receive and validate the contractors shift reports in respect to their activities,
manpower and materials.
 Critically examine all areas of the Airport to ensure that the highest standard of
presentation is achieved at all times.
 Manage the team of Standards agents to ensure that all facilities fixtures and
fittings are examined closely to ensure serviceability and 5 star presentations.
 Coordinating with other department to attain the service standards.
 Document controlling.
 Organizing and filling the necessary documents.
 Handling all daily activities of the department.
 Updating all post related stationary.
 Provide direction and training to employees as needed to accomplish service goals.
 To communicate with other supervisors for proper handover.
