its information to the clients.
 Monitoring and compiling information on market trends/competitor’s activities
via effective market research/surveys & devising strategies to counter competition
and Escalate business.
 Inform the customers about the shipping details as earliest as the material get
dispatched and shipped and send the original required documents to customers.
 Budgeting and planning the costing operations for procurement and sourcing of
materials ensuring optimum utilization of raw materials & maximum cost savings.
 Take feedback on the material supplied and further ask about new material
requirement from the customers to build up long term business relationship.
 Proactively checking the quality of the finished products to be un tune with the
samples provided to the customers.
 Speaking to the customers on the problem faced in using the present material and
try to satisfy them and check with the QA for the revision in the process
parameter making sure that the customer’s requirements is fulfilled.
 Check list of customer for new inquires, feedback for quoted inquires, current
orders status, pending claims and pending payments.
