variety of Aerospace products. As General Manager I am responsible for improving the on time delivery of this
facility as well as growing sales. We have been very successfulin implementing improvements and working with
the employees to implement Lean Manufacturing Processes within the facility. In the short few months I have been
here we have increased monthly sales by 14% and on time delivery has increased from 81% to 92%. This has been
done by engaging the employees, streamlining operations,and building a team atmosphere. I have also been doing
my previous positions responsibilities while being General Manager. I continue to report directly to the CEO and
COO of our company. Togetherwe meet with new customers and potential customers as representatives of our
company.
May 2015 - March 2016 Senior Operations and Program Manager - Middletown CT
As the Senior Manager of Operations I reported directly to the Chief Operating Officer. I was responsible for six
different facilities in three countries. Working through the local management teams I would plan and coordinate
changes in their operation to improve productivity as well as on time delivery for each of the facilities. In this
position I also was responsible for working with the Vice President of Business Development. I would help in
quoting new work as well as meeting with potential customers. In this positon I was responsible for transferring 4.3
Million dollars’ worth of new work into four of our facilities. We worked with a large OEM manufacturer who was
closing a facility and awarding PAS the work. This work consisted of over 2500 Part numbers which were
separated by part family and placed into facilities by capabilities. This was done without impacting the customer’s
delivery schedule and without sacrificing the quality of the parts.
October 2014 - May 2015 - Corporate Transition Manager - Middletown CT
In this position I was responsible for implementing lean principles in our six facilities. I would coordinate kaizen
events with local manager and staff. I was also responsible for integrating any new business and work for the six
facilities. In the short time I was in this position I was able to help coordinate productivity improvements of over
three percent from the SPLY. I also helped in the addition of over four million dollars’ worth of new work into
three different facilities.
September 2013 - October 2014 – Director of Operations PAS-Technologies – Hillsboro, OH
I was responsible for the daily Operations of a large Aerospace facility that specializes in MRO and OEM
production. By implementing Lean principles and improving on time delivery I have been able to increase sales
from 2.4 million to over 3.4 million per month. OTD has risen from 89% to consistently over98%. As Manager I
believe in being result oriented, with an emphasis on lean principles, teaching and mentoring.
2. May 2013 – September 2013 - Product Line Manager PAS Technologies - Kansas City, MO
As the Product Line Manager I was responsible for the overhaul and repair of commercial and military Airfoils.
Experience in Coatings, NDT, and blend specifications. Improved OTD to 97% and increased sales through
customer contact and performance.

Responsible for the operation of a large Machine Job Shop that manufactures Aerospace industry parts. I
