Skills
 I have an extensive understanding of what company men, superintendents and
engineers might expect and accept in most field related matters. This skill has been
obtained over many years in service to the O & G industry, and through “training” offered
freely by those before mentioned as they deemed necessary.
 Having a successful track record in gaining market shares in established areas I also
enjoy the challenges that come with carving out “our share” of business in new markets
to expand a company and its overall footprint. As a TEAM player with leadership skills I
have traveled to many areas considered out of my zone to assist other regions in
capturing the attention of their targeted account and receiving that most important 1st call.
Employment History
Business Development/Executive Sales
 2013-2015 Greenwell Energy Solutions- Houston, TX., Recruited to promote hydraulic
pressure control (PC) services in the Eagle Ford Shale. Gained initial footing through
previously established contacts, and continued growth by means of cold calls at the field
and corporate levels. Maintained new opportunities by building relationships with
company men while keeping close communications with PC supervisors. Met with
superintendents/managers to obtain schedules as well as seeking out their longer
ranged goals to create a “partnership” working towards their future successes. Also
promoted completion chemicals sales and service with much success. This allowed me
an opportunity to receive on location type training for chemical usages in the drill out
phase of completions. The knowledge gained through many nights on location proved
invaluable going forward pursuing new opportunities.
Sales Manager
 2009-2013 Stuart Petroleum- Brenham, TX. Assembled and managed a sales TEAM
responsible for promoting completion drill out along with production well testing services
in TX, AR. & La.. Traveled with each individual sales personnel toensure our company
values were not only “a line” in a sales pitch. Followed up on weekly sales reports with
reps to advise and support their efforts where needed. Reviewed and addressed issues
(if any)with expense reports on monthly basis to help ensure we were caring for our
customers’ needs in responsible managed ways. Personally responsible for landing 12
month Pressure Control contract with Conoco/Phillips in the Eagle Ford Shale, and held
the same up to my departure 30 months later. Dealt directly with managers, procurement
specialist and all completions superintendents addressing field issues with viable
solutions. Working closely with operations we were able to streamline equipment
movement, improving overall PM and saving Conoco countless hours of down time.
This paved the way for SPTI to be the 1st
hyd pressure control company to receive full
rage “scope of work” contracts with Conoco adding snubbing assist & workovers as
“contracted services” ensure the work for SPTI. I was sole manager of any and all
contract extensions and or modifications and met with operational & procurement
management teams in Houston no less than 3 times per month. I enjoyed the success in
gaining MSA’s with EOG S. TX, XTO Ar along with SWE in Ar. all these were followed by
awarded work
. Field Sales
 2008-2009 Cudd Energy Services- Broussard, La., short stay of nearly 6 months
before a down turn hit the market hard. Being the last sales member hired I was laid, but
I walked away having exceeded the mandated 1.2mil in annual sales by more than
$700K
Outside Sales
 1997-2008 Express Energy Services- Houma, La., Promoted offshore pumping and
down hole motor services in city and field settings throughout the La. and TX.. Played an
instrumental role of moving Express into the N. & S. TX. onshore well testing market.
Being a new market this was achieved through relationships with Co. men, operators
and engineers established by cold calls in all areas of operations. Maintained, managed
and matured each account building relationships that between companies that stand
today. Instrumental in opening locations in Mission, Victoria,Mineral Wells and Palestine
TX..
• Outside Sales
1992-1997 Hose Specialty & Supply- Lafayette, La., Attended two training courses in
Ohio and once completed began selling hydraulic and industrial hose
in the Lafayette and entire gulf coast region. Established new accounts through colds,
building and maintaining successful relationships between our companies ensuring
their needs were always met. Became top earner for HSS within 1st
year of employment
and moved to Corp level sales where I traveled to all areas of HSS interest. My
responsibilities then turned to assisting others in capturing a larger market share in
the areas they covered.
Operations Manager
 1990-1992 Louisiana Repair Service- Lafayette, La., Operations Manager responsible
for reconditioning offshore oilfield platform surface and subsurface valves. Duties
included hiring and scheduling of welders, machinist, valve technicians and painters,
also conducted employee reviews as needed. Maintained a level 35-40 employees to
ensure orders were completed on time focusing on delivering a superior product.
Facilities Manager
 1989-1990 Montabello Garden Apt.- Colorado Springs, Co., as the Complex Facilities
3Mgr my responsibilities included supervision of maintenance team and complete
oversight of more than 400 apartments including the grounds and pools. Coordinated
and scheduled major projects and renovations with contractors, and ensured targeted
dates were met.
 1986-1989 U.S. Navy- Charleston SC. Is where I served my country aboard the USS
Holland as an E3 Machinist Mate.

 Opelousas High School, Opelousas, La. Graduated 1984
 US Navy MM “A” School, Great Lakes IL. 24 month course graduated in 11 with Honors
