The recruitment industry always has a talk which blames the candidates for various reasons.
Let’s see few reasons why Recruiters blame candidates?
• Candidates don't turn up for interviews as promised
• Candidates accept multiple offers and reject our offer at the last moment.
• Candidates don't give more details about their job.
• Candidates usually lie to recruiter and don’t give proper details
• Candidates say YES to other conditions and finally decline the offer for same reason
Though being a recruiter, we can’t blame candidates completely for the above reasons as I feel most of the recruiters are not doing their job in detail and in the way they need to considering deadlines.

collars for us as per our need.
I personally hire candidates by headhunting in the market.

Always inspire employees to give references and make them know about our

More often we go for campus drive in different Universities and colleges to hire
entry level candidates and for bulk hire.
Prepare job description, specification and got it approved from the concerned

Take the telephonic round of interview.
After short listing the candidates from telephonic round call them for face to
face round interview.
Co-ordinate with the line manager for the interview and when manger will select
the candidate then i go for salary negotiation.
After that issue offer letter, appointment letter.
Take the orientation an induction session.
Arrange functional round of training if required.
Follow the selected candidates till joining.
Prepare a data base of the candidates for our future use.

Always try to retain best talents by showing their growth in the company.
Always in search of employees and also hire such employees that the line
manager will never ask me to arrange interview for the same.
Guide mangers to handle the down liners in a better way that results to retain
the employees and give the better output.
In the month of April i also participate in performance appraisal cycle and assist
the HR head and ask the line managers to participate in the cycle for promotion ,
demotion, hike in salary or any termination.
If an employee resign from the job then that time do full and final settlement in
the sense of PF and ESI, or if any gratuity or any Conveyance disbursement for
marketing persons or incentives etc.
Make chart of conveyance structure and disburse the same as per actual or as
per company norm.
Record the absenteeism and late coming of the employee.
Make cross-cultural environment.
If any employee try to create a pollutary atmosphere in the company premises
then take the disciplinary action.
Advice employees for tax planning and medicalim policy.
Open salary account of new joiners in our tie up bank.
Ensure that 10th of every month salary will be credited to the employees.
To credit salary, by 1st of every month i give the detail of amount what to be
credited employee wise and do it in the record in HRIS.
Give the data to the Head of HR for employee turnover and exit ratio. That make
us to analyse the problem and what should to be improved and what are the
reason behind it. Why employees are not staying with us.
