Company: Spencer’s Retail Ltd – Assistant Manager. Marketing – July 07 to Aug 31st 08

Job Profile:
   Responsible for handling marketing operations for the region – which involves planning of
   ATL and BTL activities in consultation with the Zonal Marketing Manager and execute the
   same for the region

    Handled entire marketing activities {A.T.L, B.T.L, customer loyalty program} for 22 store
     launches, resulting in a store traffic increase of 18% from the targeted in the first two
     weeks for store openings.
    Rolled out the new “visual identity brand template” for A.P and Karnataka covering all
     formats (Hyper’s, super & dailies). This execution involved in-store signage program
     (marketing and institutional), store external façade treatment, developing standards for
     department fixtures, brand wall design and execution, wall / column treatments and staff
     uniforms
    Conducted “Marketing Audits” to ensure complete compliance of marketing plan within
     the stores (across all formats)
 Responsible for the execution of “Visual merchandising” initiatives for the region in co-
     ordination with the marketing champions at the store. Also, co-ordinate the successful
     execution of in-store activities as part of the activations and alliances initiatives
    Conceptualized and executed in “Store Events” to create excitement in shoppers
