1. Working as a TERRITORY SALES MANAGER in Telengana Enterprises LLC . From
Jan’ 2015 to Till the date in Karimnagar, Hyderabad. India
Area: - Karimnager,Warangal,Hyderabad.
DISTIBUTORS: - Sangam enterprises/ Telengana enterprises/Bharat enterprises.
Key Performance Areas (Key Accountabilities):
 Develop annual business plan by month, channel, area and SKU for the assign
areas /territories.
 Business plan shall contain the following elements:
a. Sales forecast by month, area, channel & SKU
b. Annual promo calendar by channel with allocated budget per activity
c. Healthy business split by area, channel & category.
d. Channel development plan (trade marketing function):
e. Required budget with ROI statement
f. SKUs rationalization
 Develop effective tools to track and monitor the implementation of business plan.
 Discuss /negotiate business plan with distributor sales head to reach to full
agreement on all elements of BP.
 Break business plan into monthly /quarterly KPIs for distributor sales team.
 Communicate monthly sales plan (by area, channel and SKU) to sales team (in
briefing session and by document)
 Conduct official weekly and monthly meetings with sales team (document the
agreed course of actions).
 Challenge, audit, verify and keep record for every contract with trade.
 Ongoing “product knowledge” training to sales team (especially for new comers).
 Ensure providing sales and merchandising team the related business tools (sales
presenters, Plano-gram guide, etc.).
 Regular stock review to ensure stock availability as per sales plan.
 Track and monitor POSM (in-market and at distributor)
 Evaluate distributor performance by channel / function with suggested
corrective course of actions (field force size and efficiency, deliveries, trade
service, merchandising, etc.)
 Conduct quarter business review to company / distributor management.
 Maintain effective and professional communication with distributor sales team
(both written and verbal).
 Detailed and executive monthly reports to the country manager (format as
provided by RM)
 Daily business / activities brief to country manager.
 Monitor and report competition major activities on daily basis.
 Identify and report new business opportunities. Plan and execute new launches.
 Conduct price benchmarking whenever needed.
 Handling Distributors Sales Team of 20 Members (Sales Manger, Key account
sales reps and Van salesmen).
2. Worked as a Business Development Manager in M/s. Mawarid. From Aug’ 2013 to
Nov2014, in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
