Provided remote software technical support to users in over a 22 MA state agencies.
Installed various software including: Internet Explorer upgrades, Chrome, Firefox, Adobe
Acrobat, Visio Project, SnagIt, Lectora Inspire, Crystal Reports, QuickBooks, and more.
Performed remote desktop connection (RDC) to user PCs to do manual installations.
Utilized Novell Zen works Desktop Management Software to locate, send bundles to users,
and verify installation. Used various network commands to determine if PCs on network

accounts. Enabled/disabled/deleted Inactive accounts in AD.
