• Train end users on usage of computer hardware and software.
• Maintain effective professional working relationships with end users and clients.

• Maintain computer peripheral devices like printers and resolve-associated problems.
• Prepare inventories for migration project.
• Migrate desktops, laptops, and users from one domain to another.
• Migrate mailboxes of the users and in the cell phone.
• Image old laptops and desktops post migration.

 Provided remote software technical support to users in over a 22 MA state agencies.
Installed various software including: Internet Explorer upgrades, Chrome, Firefox, Adobe
Acrobat, Visio Project, SnagIt, Lectora Inspire, Crystal Reports, QuickBooks, and more.
 Performed remote desktop connection (RDC) to user PCs to do manual installations.
Utilized Novell Zen works Desktop Management Software to locate, send bundles to users,
and verify installation. Used various network commands to determine if PCs on network
and what address they use (PING, IPCONFIG, etc.), and move file to user pcs, across three
different network domains.
 Monitored, updated, resolved, and closed user request tickets in the BMC Footprints
problem tracking system on a daily basis. Worked along with other software support staff,
phoned and emailed users as needed.
 Provided user support including setting and resetting of BlueZone applications, common
links, and Oracle applications.
 Provided Active Directory support including creating user account for multiple users,
modifying Attributes, resetting passwords, changing the user display name. Created
Exchange Mailbox and applied Exchange Policies. Created Office 365 and Google Apps
accounts. Enabled/disabled/deleted Inactive accounts in AD.
 Built and maintained effective relationships with peers and upper management.
 Educated users on installing and updating software.
