2. Technical Experience:
IT SUPPORT ENGINEER (Project/ Field & Site Based)
Provide Help Desk support to local and remote users based at Projects.
Follow up outstanding helpdesk tickets on a daily basis.
Managing and resolving day to day IT Service Requests and Incidents using ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus.
Assist end users via telephone, e-mail and in person with a wide range of questions, requests and incidents relating
to desktop PC software, hardware and Network peripherals.
Scheduling the job-scope to meet the target date of project completion.
Configure PC’s including Laptops, Desktops using Windows 7 and Windows 8 images.
Installing and configuring Antivirus applications on end user PC’s.
Assist with administration and management and removal of malware software from end user machines.
Install Microsoft Office and other software based applications including Outlook 2010 and 2013.
Configuring E-mail and other software applications on end user laptops, desktops as well as mobile devices
including iOS (iPhone, iPad) and Android hardware.
Manage, maintain and configure Local and Network based printers.
