This document describes the design of a low-power physiological monitoring system to measure electrocardiogram (ECG) parameters. It uses voltage regulators and charge pumps to generate positive and negative supply voltages from a battery to power ECG sensors, instrumentation amplifiers, and filters. The system acquires ECG signals from sensors, conditions the signals with amplifiers and a notch filter, and outputs filtered ECG data for analysis or transmission. Key components include the REG711 and MAX1720 voltage converters, PS25201A ECG sensors, INA126 instrumentation amplifier, and AD8506 notch filter amplifier. The system is intended to be integrated into a wearable device for portable ECG monitoring.
