A 36-year-old male presented with hematuria 4 days after undergoing a percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL) procedure 2 weeks prior. An ultrasound found a perinephric hematoma. A renal angiogram revealed a pseudoaneurysm in a midpole renal artery branch. The pseudoaneurysm was successfully embolized using microcoils and glue mixed with Lipiodol, resulting in thrombosis of the pseudoaneurysm. This stopped the patient's hematuria.
