What has self-care been
looking like for you these days?
-read for 10 minutes in the car before work
-Going to the gym on a consistent
schedule.
-Sit at the park
-being mindful of my time for myself.
-Going outside for a walk with my dog and
reading
-Self care would be me walking my dogs
everyday and try to walk at least a mile
with them makes me feel good

help support
your wellness?

-Hanging out with dear friends that know me well and don't have to
entertain me or be entertained
-She/her: getting hugs from my family

-Going on walks
-Exercising, for the endorphins. I don't want to do it but it works
- taking me time and not feeling guilty about it
- having deep conversations with my Significant other just in a way
takes a weight off both our shoulders knowing we aren't alone
-Love that, me too

-I like how she integrated her past with her
recovery
- I was so nervous for her and then I was so
surprised, what she did was so smart and
creative
-In the beginning i felt her panic
- It made me tense in my chest as well
-made me feel optimistic at the end

How can we support ourselves
and others?
- listen to them
- I give all my friends and family a ear to listen and a mind
to connect with whenever they need no matter the time of
day
- Remind them we love them no matter what
- know my limits so I don't overcommit and drop myself or
others

-sometimes when I know someone is feeling down but
doesn't want to share I take them out and just give them
the best day ever to make them feel love and seen
