vendor and applied on pumps at Callide B power station which reduced the
sound below 85dBA.
Developed a unique 7m long sump pump as first stage with surface mounted
motor to replace an in-pit pump with hydraulic motor at Liddell Ash plant. This
eliminated all the chronic problems faced by Client.

Inspected a large mixed flow impeller in Jyoti Limited by measuring and cataloguing all vane profile coordinates, then suggested dressing and grinding to salvage the casting. • Supervision: Supervised and maintained people, process, procedure to ensure positive result. • Contract Administration : Coordinated manufacturing, procurement, assembly, packing, delivery and installation projects for engineering team while in Metso Minerals to complete per customer requirements. • Customer Service : Investigated customer or operator complaints to ensure problem resolution and customer satisfaction. Examples : Weipa mill discharge, Liddell Ash plant, Mt Isa, PT Freeport, Mt Gordon Copper, BP Bulwer Island Refinery, Caltex Refinery to name a few. • Problem Resolution : Collaborated with design and test development engineers to collect / analyze SPC data and resolve product / process issues. Developed a special sump pump for PT Freeport in coordination with the design team and sold more than 100 of this pump to the customer. Developed a special “sound absorbing” paint in consultation with the paint vendor and applied on pumps at Callide B power station which reduced the sound below 85dBA. Developed a unique 7m long sump pump as first stage with surface mounted motor to replace an in-pit pump with hydraulic motor at Liddell Ash plant. This eliminated all the chronic problems faced by Client.
