system/subsystem schedule, commissioning schedule and start-up schedule.
 Analysis of current and potential areas of concern, progress variance, productivity and forecast trends
 Develop multi-level CPM schedule for all phase of projects.
 Participate in higher management progress review meetings.
 Analyse variances between project baseline dates and current forecast dates. Raise flag to project management about
risk and opportunities.
 Prepare Weekly/Monthly progress reports and monthly management presentation highlighting achievements and
areas of concerns.
 Tracking of Invoice register and Subcontract payment register.
 Follow up procurement activities which includes co-ordinate with supplier for timely delivery of materials.
 Prepare internal and external cost report which includes analysis of budget vs. actual cost variance, cost FAC, risk and
opportunities with respect to the budget and revenue.
 Administering construction team and subcontractor to facilitate smooth project progress and expediting the project
schedule. Conduct the Project planning and progress review meetings with Leads / Discipline engineers for discussing
critical activities / constraints.
 Identify variations to original scope of work to maximise the project revenue.
 Implement procedures for managing Project Control work.
 Cost loading and monitoring of cash flow & project progress using SPI, CPI and Earned Value Analysis
 Prepare detailed documentation for extension of time (EOT) for the project. Good proficiency in Time Impact Analysis
and Impacted As Planned.
 Assuring the strategic utilization & deployment of available resources to achieve organizational objectives
 Executing cost saving techniques / measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in O&M expenditures
and work within the budget
 Effectively leading a team of Planning engineers, Cost engineers and QS to align them to the Corporate Project Control

Role:
Project: Ammonia 1 & 2 Revamp and New Plant Option - QAFCO 7
Serving as a Senior planning engineer for FEED phase and EPCC project tendering and bidding phase for Ammonia.
Prepare preliminary schedule and establish key dates for Feed phase, Tendering phase and Execution phase
Provide Input to ITB package preparation and bid evaluation.
Participate in bid evaluation and analyse contractor plant to support award recommendation.
Prepare input to monthly reports.
Review and analyse of bidders planning package (schedules, critical path, resources and planning & progress procedures)
and prepare bid evaluation report.
Provide scheduling input to decision gate reviews.

Jetty Boil Off Gas Recovery Project of claim worth 50 mn USD
Period: Since Mar’11
Title: Jetty Boil-Off Gas Recovery Project
Scope: Offplot & CCA – Civil, Mechanical and Structural and Piping works
Off Plot:
 It involved all civil work like sleepers, pipe foundations, thrust boring and removal of armour rock, piping - 20 km of
sleeper piping size of 60”, 48”, 34” & 30” and scope involved in rolling pre commissioning, commissioning, RFSU and
performance test
On Plot (Central Compressor Area):
 It comprised of all civil work includes major compressor foundations, precast pipe racks, paving and trench works
 It involved 3 Nos. substation (132/33 KV/11KV) civil and concrete works and construction of precast pipe rack.
Installation of HP, MP and LP compressors and associated lube oil skids and coolers. Fabrication and Erection of 20
km of pipe rack and compressors piping. Scope includes also roll in testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, RFSU
and upto Performance test

Description:
 The project dealt with EPIC of low pressure associated gas compressor and related civil, mechanical, E&I work at Halul
Offshore its scope included E&P of LP compressor and associated civil, mechanical and E&I works and Installation,
pre-commissioning and commissioning of LP compressor at QP’s Halul offshore facility

Project Description:
 The 60,000 TPD Melamine EPC project consists of Complete Construction of new Melamine Plant, and Revamp of the
existing Urea-1 Plant, including all the interconnecting piping and structures between and within the two plants. This
includes detail civil and structural engineering, procurement of structural steel and Construction of warehouse,
132KV/33KV/11KV substation (control building) including all related MEP services/Electrical and Instrumentation
works. The project also includes installation and erection of new equipment, machinery, piping and steel structures at
Urea-1 plant which will be divided into two phases online and shutdown. Scope also includes roll in
precommissioning, commissioning and upto performance test. This project involved all disciplines
(Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation).

Raise flag to project management about risk and opportunities.  Prepare Weekly/Monthly progress reports and monthly management presentation highlighting achievements and areas of concerns.  Tracking of Invoice register and Subcontract payment register.  Follow up procurement activities which includes co-ordinate with supplier for timely delivery of materials.  Prepare internal and external cost report which includes analysis of budget vs. actual cost variance, cost FAC, risk and opportunities with respect to the budget and revenue.  Administering construction team and subcontractor to facilitate smooth project progress and expediting the project schedule. Conduct the Project planning and progress review meetings with Leads / Discipline engineers for discussing critical activities / constraints.  Identify variations to original scope of work to maximise the project revenue.  Implement procedures for managing Project Control work.  Cost loading and monitoring of cash flow & project progress using SPI, CPI and Earned Value Analysis  Prepare detailed documentation for extension of time (EOT) for the project.
