Arabia. The scope of works includes Engineering & Construction contracts, onshore in Saudi Arabia, for a total amount of
approximately $4 billion.
 South Caucasus Pipeline Project Expansion (SCPX) project(South Caucasus Pipeline Company) - Pipeline construction from
Georgia to Azerbaijan. The scope of work was construction of a 428 km pipeline loop and associated above ground installations,
including block valves, a pigging facility and tie-ins in Azerbaijan and Georgia. The value of this contract is $ 735 million and it
marks a major step forward towards commencement of SCPX construction activities.
 The Topolobampo and Mazatlan Pipelines Project(TransCanada) - The pipelines will connect U.S. natural gas to key demand
centers along the Pacific Coast of Mexico. It will interconnect with the El Encino-to-Topolobampo Pipeline (Topolobampo
Pipeline).The value of contract is $US400 million.
 Jazan Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle project (Saudi Aramco ) - Work related to the Jazan IGCC (integrated gasification
combined-cycle) power plant project to be located adjacent to the refinery under development at Jazan Economic City, Saudi
Arabia. Saipem’s scope of work under this third contract includes detailed design, engineering, procurement, installation,
