 Involved in fabrication, erection & assembly work for Vapor Recovery unit. Conducted hydrotest, Pneumatic test &
tightness test for complete skid. Conducted instrument tubing work & also assisted in the instrumentation testing of
actuated valve, limit switches, solenoid valves, IP converters & continuity of pressure switches.
 Erection of VRU Skid, buffer vessel& loading arms at site conducting alignment of skid, pumps & compressors, fabrication
of Motor spirit vapour line, cable laying & tubing work.

tank platform, ACC support structures & sheds for other equipments.
 Conducted the bar bending & casting of the civil structure like STG lube oil tank foundation, cooling towers, passenger lift
& pipe support pedestals.
 Erection of FRP cooling tower. Painting procedures & conducting sand blasting D.F.T & W.F.T test to ensure the proper
thickness of paint. Conducted thermal insulation work for Stacks & wrapping coating work for underground piping.
 Conducted welder qualification test, NDT like (DPT, MPT, Radiography tests & holiday testing), cardboard blasting &
flushing for Quality assurance.
