Quality Enhancement Cell:
-The Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) oversees
continuous assessment and institutional
research activities throughout university.
- QEC meets the specifications of the Higher
Education Commission of Pakistan.
-It supervise and facilitate quality assurance
activities of academic departments. Through
computerized testing, surveys and other social
science research techniques.
-To make strategic decisions about program
improvement and resource allocation.
Core Functions
1- Review of quality standards and the quality of teaching and learning in each subject
area.
2- Review of academic affiliations with other institutions.
3- Develop program specifications.
4-Develop quality assurance processes and methods of evaluation
5-To prepare SAR
6- Develop procedures for the following:
• Approval of new programs
• Annual monitoring and evaluation.
• Departmental review
• Student feedback
• Employer feedback
• Quality assurance of M.Phil and Ph.D. degree programs
7- To maintain strong contacts with all departments

Ans- To contribute in hakeem saeed’s vision of providing and
disseminating knowledge by achieving highest level of excellence
3-What would make you leave?
Ans- If I’ll found any better opportunity/organization that have same
vision and mission or if I have to change my residence in near future.
4-What are your non negotiable issues?
Ans-If my credibility, trustworthiness or modesty will be challenged.
5-What about your managers?
Ans- My Manager is professional but sometimes got panic when the
workload increases.
6- Which boss you want to be?
Ans- I want to be the boss that pays careful attention upon how he/she
interacts with other people or maintain positive, appealing approach.
7- What would you want to change or improve?
Ans-I would suggest international exposure with quality enhancement
personnel's and on job trainings

Ans- Kindly try to modify appraisals or try to implement 360 degree
appraisal system.
