HISTORY (Once Upon a Time ………………)March 1974, PEPL Started with single screen cinema hall.   1990, A set back to businesses of Cinema Halls.   November 1994, joint venture agreement executed between      Village road show Ltd australia and PEPL     Renovation of Priya Theatre (PEPL) at a cost of Rs. 4 Million.   April 1995, PEPL Joint Venture with Village Roadshow Ltd.     (VRL), forming PVRL (Priya Village Roadshow Ltd.)   Inscription of PVR ‘Movies First‘ Logo.
HISTORY (Once Upon a Time ………………)The Company was incorporated on April 26, 1995 under the Companies Act as Priya Village Roadshow Limited .On June 28, 2002 the name of the Company was changed from Priya Village Roadshow Limited to PVR Limited.
