Proposition is a type of declarative sentence that asserts facts as either true or false. A proposition is also known as a judgment, which is a mental activity that requires comparing two subject matters to determine their agreement or disagreement. There are three necessary things in making a judgment: comprehending the two concepts being compared, proceeding to compare them, and expressing mentally whether the concepts agree or disagree.
