2. Learners need to engage themselves in the

favorable place to live in. Children not only need
to learn academic subjects but it also vital to
involve themselves in learning to make their
community especially in home and in school a
safe and clean place to make it more conducive
for learning.

3. A school is a place for education, and its also
a place where students can socialize and
develop skills that will help them later in life.
When it comes to making sure school is safe
environment, the importance of cleanliness in
school cannot be overlooked. A clean
environment ensures the health and safety of
everyone including teachers are out sick due to
a dirty school, it can affect the kids’ experience,
too.

4. Dirt and grime promote the spread of germs, which
can also encourage the spread of communicable
diseases. A clean school is crucial that the children
and teachers don’t get sick. If sickness spreads
throughout an entire a school, it can have devastating
consequences. The sickness can be passed not just
to people in the school, but also other members of the
community. Every part of the school should be
thoroughly cleaned, and surfaces need to be wiped
down and sanitized on a regular basis.

5. Similarly, cleanliness in our
surroundings will mean enhanced
beauty and healthiness. It will not only
beautify the area but also make it safer.
When you stay clean and keep the
environment clean, you are less likely
to fall ill.

6. Every body aims for a clean and safety of the
environment in school. In order to address the problem
about waste disposal, School need to checked and
identify possible hazards and consider what can be
done to minimize any dangers of which area and assign
groups to specific locations.

7. Garbage crisis has emerged as one of the most
pressing environmental concerns in every school.
Republic Act No. 9512 (Environmental Awareness
Education Act) states that the Department of Education
shall integrate environment education in its school
curricula at all levels. Thus, Dacanlao G. Agoncillo
Elementary School strongly adhere to this act for the
benefit not only to the classroom but also to the safety of
the teachers and learners in school especially
nowadays that different diseases are becoming
uncontrolled caused by Covid 19.

8. The purpose of this activity are the following:
 To engage the school and parents in a clean-up drive
 To maintain a clean and safe environment
 To increase the awareness on the advantages of the
clean up drive
 To reflect on the activity by creating heightened
awareness of community-based environment issues and
how everyone be stewards of the earth.
 Aspire to give inspiration with other organization or
community to come up with the same program

9. This project involves Teachers, Administrator,
Utility, Parents, P.T.A. Officers and 4P’s
beneficiaries of Dacanlao G. Agoncillo
Elementary School including Barangay LGU
officials. The schools are expected to lessen and
reduce the garbage . This was done with the
guidance of the Principal and the assistance of
their advisers.

10. This program promotes a good attitude to
keep our nature especially school a clean and
safe to learners. This also advocate to still
practice their cleanliness to learners even if
they are in the comfort of their homes since we
have a pandemic.

11.  Fogging to prevent the spread of diseases

12:00 pm every first Friday of the month
 Segregating biodegradable to non-biodegradable
