1. NARRATIVE REPORT
In preparation with the opening of classes for SY 2021-2022, DEPED launches the Brigada
Eskwela Program with years theme of “Bayanihan para sa Paaralan”. This memorandum is pursuant
with DepEd Order no. 048, s. 2021. Amidst pandemic, we -teachers of Naujan Municipal High School
had implemented a voluntary scheme to support the Brigada Eskwela of our school, following the IATF
protocols. The activity is spearheaded by Sir Jeffrey De Alba, newly appointed Brigada Eskwela
Coordinator and Dr. Edralyn G. Delos Reyes , Principal II and with the coordination of grade level
coordinators and teachers. In the implemented scheme, Sir Elmer Manalo had also initiated BE
workplan and other updates.

This week has been a busy week for everyone. I had started my work with my logged in routine
on 7:30 am. I had cleaned my work area , dusted off my drawers and remove all my back logged data
from previous years. I shredded unimportant files. I had also organized and sorted my important files.
On our day of ground cleaning, I supervised and helped parents in doing some gardening and
landscaping. Moreover, I also assisted by co-teacher in cleaning her room.

This week, I focused my work on reports and computer details. I had accomplished SSG Action
Plan, edited my Araling Panlipunan Module for week 1-2, made my answer sheets and printed 225
copies of it. I also edited and printed materials for my classroom design.

This week, grade 10 was assigned to clean the back part of Computer Lab and Mam Jack’s room.
Together with the parents, we had accomplished the task. Aside from cleaning, I also attended the
VINSET 2.0.
The ten days (10) Brigada Eskwela was a success because teachers, parents, volunteers and
other stakeholder uphold the theme of Bayanihan. We were united and supported each other to
accomplish the tasks, starting with the school beautification, preparation of school facilities,
reparation of all damage equipment and utilities and to the implementation of gulayan sa
paaralan, Project Million Flowers to Bloom and many others. I can also say that We Did It as One.
