• Manage a consolidated spend budget for support services of approx. Kes. 900M
• Monitors daily CRM utilisation by the retail sales consultants and identifies
opportunities for coaching and mentoring the associates.
• Managed team performance, regular one-on-one reviews on achievements against
targets, coached to maximise performance.
• Developed policies and procedure reviews, e.g. purchasing Service Level Agreements,
with Internal and External stakeholders and ensure adherence to the same.
• Developed and implemented category strategy through rigorous analytical approach
to Total Cost Management principles and understanding suppliers’ cost drivers;
provided expert commercial input to supplier negotiations, quality review, commercial
impact, etc.
• Manage Support Services by managing human logistics of over 3,000 staff members
and vehicle assets of over 400 units; engaging support partners across the various
business segments.
• Member of the leasing project team that established and formulated the Toyota
leasing product, roll out to 10 corporate clients, resulting in a successful buy in.
