responsibility as per the assign territory however
sales team will focus on the regions wise sales
according to the dynamics of the domestic map.
 Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory
and accounts
 Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and to
expand the company’s customer base
 Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
 Partner with customers to understand their business needs and
objectives
 Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals
and presentations
 Understand category-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on
the forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of
accounts
 Build, lead and develop a highly professional sales team.
 Understand all product features and push sales activities.
 Closely monitor results to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
 Hands-on and passionate personality for hunting and negotiating with clients on
advertiser side.
 Manage client expectations at all levels and develop high-level relationships with clients
by attending and directing client meetings.
 Attend domestic and international industry events and other relevant conventions to
represent QMobile, and negotiate deals with clients.
 Work directly and deeply with Ad Ops team to ensure campaigns meet KPIs, delivery
goals, and client expectations.
 Responsible for maintaining, developing and generating new business opportunities with
existing partners (Up/Cross Sale).
 Manage all IO receipt & revisions & renewals, billing requests/discrepancies as well as
payment confirmation.
 Provide product and competitive feedback internally.
