2. Organizing receiving area-Before
Over $300,000 worth of product
comes through our back door.
If we do not keep it organized,
shrink will rise greatly!
3. Organizing receiving area-AFTER
I initiated, planned, and executed
the process of getting the receiving
area clean and organized!
This made a huge difference in the number
of OOS in the store, by allowing the team
to have more accurate counts.
4. Supplies and Mop Station-Before
Our supplies were costing the store’s
bottom line, up to $3500 a week!
With good planning and organization,
I cut it down to $1200 a week.
5. Supplies and Mop Station-AFTER
Cutting costs=Saving Money!
Saved my store, on average,
$1400!
