- 2) Godown Department - Manage the Goods upon arrival. Takes the accurate
receiving of the Goods and ensure that short OR excess stocks been recorded
properly for accurate Inventory. Manage space so that Goods will not get
damaged.
- 3) GRN Department – Enters the Invoices in the System accurately with right
calculations of Vats and Offers.
- 4) Accounts Department – Cash management is been carried out accurately.
Ensure Banking is done on daily basis. Vendor and Salary payments happens
on time so that no issues are occurring of late payments OR less stocks in
stores due to late payments.
- 5) HR – Manage the People of the store by interacting with them. Manage the
Payroll of the Team. Work as a motivator for the Team. Ensure that all
motivational activities are well planned and executed on timely basis.
- 6) Operations Department – Make sure Floor is ready for customers on time.
Ensure that No Expired products on floor for sale. Give best service to
Customers. Keep the freshness ON for the customers.
- 7) Cash Department – Do the accurate billing of the customers Goods with
great Hospitality. Ensure that the best and fastest service is been given to
Customers.
- 8) Customer Service – Manage customer service. Deals with customer
