In 2000, I was seconded to work in Egypt for 3 months as part of the management
team, working in supporting Sainsbury’s (formerly Tibbet & Britten) in English
working practices. I was responsible for ensuring the day to day running of the
distribution centre with approximately 200 staff per shift. Below is a short breakdown
