Summary
In my twenty plus years of management I have made the adage,"exceed the customers
expectations", my philosophy.
With team development and adoption of the a fore mentioned adage, customer count increases
can be expected. For example, better customer service increased the ticket count at the Batteries
Plus store in Virginia by 60% in the first six months after re-opening the store.
Focusing on goals while applying effort leads to results.
I effectively train employees to own their job, not just perform their job.
