How do I want to relate to the audience? formal or informal? Personal or impersonal? conventional or unconventional? simple or complex? How shall I 'code' all of these ideas most effectively to be 'decoded' by the audience? What outcome do I want? What changes do I want to create in the audience? How will I judge wether it has been effective? Has the whole process of production and presentation achieved the expected results?
