This document outlines a framework for planning communications with 7 key elements: 1) Aim, 2) Audience, 3) Context, 4) Content, 5) Media, 6) Effects, and 7) Review. It provides questions to consider for each element to ensure the communication is tailored to its purpose, intended recipients, delivery method, and desired outcomes. The framework is being used by a teacher to plan a presentation introducing communication theories and concepts to students.
