1. Attendance Procedure.
• a. Any student who will fail to attend his/her class shall submit an excused letter written indicating reason/s for being
absent or failure to attend the class. In case of medical reason, a medical certificate plus the excused letter must be
submitted to the Class Adviser on the next class meeting. Failure to submit the required excuse letter and/or medical
certificate will officially consider absent
