The Following Steps taken by Terrill are… 1)Called a meeting of the engineers. 2)Showed great concern for their personal welfare. 3)Point out the problem behind less productivity. 4)Change the process of working. 5)Gave them rights to work as a self directed team.

With Respect To Exhibit 2, In What Paradigm Is Terrill ? 1) Terrill took the responsibility in crisis situation of the company and manage the hole situation properly. 2) He change the way of working by involving the engineers in the production work instead of doing paper work. 3) He share the power of decision making with the followers. 4) He emphasize on collaboration among the team members to achive high productivity. 5) Terrill shred his views with the engineers and work together for a higher purpose.  6) In his attitude it is clear he is very much humble.

I would have taken the following steps:- 1) At first I will find out the main reason for the less productivity. 2)Then I will give the freedom to the technical workers and keep them away from clerical work 3)I will appoint some new employee to do the clerical work.
